Kent primarily focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, business and commercial litigation, and catastrophic injury litigation. Kent represents multi-national Fortune 500 companies in both litigated and non-litigated matters and serves as general counsel for multi-million-dollar companies. Kent also has experience serving as a business and risk management advisor and strategist for companies. Kent is fluently experienced in mediation and case resolution, having resolved hundreds of cases in his career thus far. Kent understands that trial comes with risks and works extensively with his clients to offer creative solutions to the litigation at issue. In addition to informally resolving hundreds of cases for his clients favorably, he has successfully mediated over 30 cases throughout his short career and works closely with his clients to ensure they have exhausted all reasonable alternatives prior to trial. Through savvy and aggressive representation and litigation, Kent has saved tens of millions of dollars and has secured numerous favorable results for his clients. Kent has been recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Star, an honor reserved only for 2.5% of young attorneys statewide, for the past four years since 2020.
