Andrew J. DeFalco, a Partner of the firm, is a trial attorney with over twenty-five years of experience representing valued corporate and individual clients in complex commercial and tort litigation cases, at both the trial and appellate level, in the greater Philadelphia Area, New Jersey, and throughout the country. Andrew represents clients in sophisticated legal disputes involving business and insurance contracts, real estate and leasing, business torts (including tortious interference, fraud, unfair competition, conspiracy, breach of fiduciary duty, defamation, and invasion of privacy), violation of computer and internet privacy statutes, “business divorces” and corporate litigation, executive employment and restrictive covenants, trade secret and unfair competition, employer negligence and negligent supervision, banking disputes including mortgage foreclosures and confession of judgment, products liability, and premises liability. Andrew also has significant experience with construction disputes, insurance coverage disputes, fidelity and surety representation, election law representation, and employment litigation. Andrew is also a top appellate lawyer who has successfully briefed and argued appeals before the Supreme, Superior and Commonwealth Courts of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
