Kelly received her Juris Doctor from George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School in 2026. While in law school, she served as Senior Research Editor of the George Mason Civil Rights Law Journal and actively participated in both Moot Court and Trial Advocacy. Prior to law school, she earned a BA in Political Science from Pennsylvania State University.
