Ms. Romano served as an NJ judicial clerk and is an accomplished litigator specializing in the defense of New York Labor Law claims on behalf of owners, developers, construction managers, general contractors, and their agents. Ms. Romano has been selected by her peers as Marquis Who’s Who in America 2023 and Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America 2026 for her specialty in Construction Law.
Ms. Romano focuses on investigation at the inception of a matter and has obtained her OSHA 30-hour credentials to better serve her clients on active construction sites. She handles the defense of large exposure personal injury and complex construction cases by focusing on the initial investigation through resolution and supervising an investigation team.
In her free time, Ms. Romano volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate, where she facilitates family stability, equity, and justice for children, youth, and families referred by the family courts.
