Ms. Strauss holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and earned a B.A. in Art History and History, graduating cum laude, from Kalamazoo College. During law school, she was a Notes Editor on the Brooklyn Law Review, which published her note on the U.S. tax code and state trust laws in the art market. She also gained a breadth of experience through internships with the Honorable Richard Montelione at New York Supreme Court, at Brooklyn Law School’s Disability and Civil Rights Clinic, with the Holocaust Art Restitution Project, and in the IP department at Louis Vuitton. Prior to law school, Ms. Strauss worked in sales and sales training where she developed her public speaking skills, designed training programs, and onboarded hundreds of salespeople.
