Francella Guido is an associate with extensive experience in the defense of corporations in high-stakes litigations in both state and federal court. She is recognized for her strategic motion practice and her ability to manage cases efficiently through every stage of litigation, from pre-litigation planning to appellate advocacy.

Francella's current practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation involving breach of contract, insurance defense, premises liability, products liability, and mass tort. Francella approaches each matter with precision and a deep understanding of her clients’ business objectives, delivering tailored legal solutions that align with their goals.

Before joining London Fischer, Francella was an attorney at a leading Florida litigation firm, handling property insurance claims, general liability, premises liability, personal injury, bad faith, and commercial property disputes. She led cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. Her advocacy has resulted in favorable outcomes through dismissals, settlements, and summary judgments.

Francella earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, where she concentrated in Intellectual Property and was recognized for academic achievement and public service. During law school, she interned for the Honorable Judge Yvonne Colodny in the Probate Division of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Miami, Florida, gaining valuable experience in guardianship and probate matters. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Florida International University and is fluent in Spanish.

Outside of her legal practice, Francella enjoys traveling, Broadway productions, and going to concerts.
