Ginny is renowned for her remarkable versatility, enabling her to navigate a broad spectrum of cases with impressive success. From construction and employment practices liability to discrimination, toxic tort/environmental liability, and products liability matters, Ginny's expertise spans a wide array of legal challenges. She also offers risk management services, including on-site training for construction personnel.

Beyond her prowess in litigation and risk management, Ginny has earned professional acclaim for her exceptional mediation skills. She proudly serves as a Court-appointed mediator in U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to excellence, Ginny was appointed to serve on the New York State Attorney Grievance Committee, which investigates complaints of professional misconduct against lawyers with offices in Manhattan or the Bronx.

Ginny also is the founder of London Fischer’s Diversity & Inclusion Initiative, which engages with minority law school students to introduce them to various legal practices, conducts professional skill-building workshops, and shares other resources fostering their success.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Ginny is a member of the Admissions Committee at the Metropolitan Club of New York and has been active with the New York Junior League for more than 20 years. She also served as a board member of her residential co-op, recently completing a six-year term as President.
