Romina has experience in both plaintiff and defense side civil litigation ranging from bankruptcy litigation to personal injury. She currently concentrates her practice on premises and product liability defense.
Romina has successfully defended a variety of professionals throughout the years from drafting contracts to defending medical personnel in malpractice actions and in business litigation. Her current focus is on defending parties in premises and product liability matters. Romina is well-equipped to handle various types of matters.
Before joining London Fischer, Romina worked in civil litigation and professional liability at a defense firm located in Southern California. During her tenure there, she honed her litigation skills, drafting motions and pleadings, conducting depositions and adeptly presenting arguments in court.
