Robbie Webster is an associate in the Strategic Risk & Complex Litigation practice group handling a wide range of cases involving products liability, construction, and personal injury.

Mr. Webster’s practice involves representing major corporations in personal injury litigation. His focus is consistently on moving cases forward expeditiously. Mr. Webster interacts regularly with clients, focusing on the client’s specific goals throughout the litigation and he combines a detail-oriented approach with a sense of urgency to help bring about favorable outcomes.

Before attending law school, Mr. Webster worked for several years as a paralegal in a real estate litigation firm. While in law school, Mr. Webster served as a staff editor for two years on The New York Law School Law Review, honing his legal research and writing skills. Mr. Webster also gained practical experience as a competition member of the New York Law School Dispute Resolution Team and traveled across the country competing in Arbitration and Negotiation competitions. Additionally, Mr. Webster gained firsthand experience handling complex construction law cases while serving as a judicial intern for the Honorable Devin P. Cohen, who runs a specialized New York Labor Law part in Kings County Supreme Court.

With real world experience in a variety of litigation matters, Mr. Webster understands the dedication and attention to detail required to deliver results.

Mr. Webster is originally from Perth, Western Australia.  Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Webster continues to play competitive soccer in Division 1 of the New York Cosmopolitan Soccer League.
