Sean Pié is an accomplished litigator with experience representing clients throughout all stages of complex litigation. Sean’s clients include major players in New York City construction from contractors to developers and he handles cases involving construction labor law, construction defects, premises and large property damage subrogation matters. Sean’s attention to detail coupled with his broad strategic thinking and his consistent client communication results in excellent outcomes for his clients.

Prior to joining London Fischer, Sean worked as a general liability associate for a nation law firm where he represented property owners, religious institutions, and Fortune 500 companies in a variety of matters. Earlier in his career, Sean served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office where he investigated and prosecuted serious misdemeanor and felony cases through trial.

Sean’s background as a prosecutor provides him with valuable insight into case evaluation, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy, while his civil defense practice allows him to help clients identify risks, develop effective strategies, and pursue efficient resolutions.
