Joseph A. Capone is an associate at London Fischer who represents entrepreneurs, major corporations, construction management companies, contractors, and owners and lessees of real estate in complex claims and high-stakes disputes. His practice encompasses commercial litigation, real estate and business disputes, construction matters, and general liability litigation, including New York Labor Law claims, with experience handling matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, premises liability, and other complex commercial and liability disputes.

Joe provides strategic defense, risk analysis, and practical guidance in matters that often involve significant financial and reputational exposure. Joe approaches each matter with an emphasis on identifying key issues early, anticipating opposing strategies, and developing efficient solutions tailored to his clients’ business and litigation objectives.

Prior to joining London Fischer, Joe practiced at a mid-sized litigation firm, where he handled commercial, construction, and general liability matters. He has secured multiple summary judgment victories and has represented clients in mediations, arbitrations, and significant settlement negotiations.

Joe earned his J.D./M.B.A. from Villanova University, where he received the Dorothy Day Pro Bono Award in recognition of his commitment to pro bono service. He was also inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the international business honor society, in recognition of his academic achievement at Villanova School of Business.

Outside of his legal practice, Joe enjoys snowboarding, fishing, golfing, and traveling. He is also an avid New York Yankees and New York Giants fan.
