Cassie Khan is law clerk-pending admission on the Transportation Liability Team.

Cassie earned her J.D from St. John’s University, School of Law in 2026. During law school, Cassie was an Executive Notes & Comments Editor on the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development. Cassie worked in St. John’s Law School’s Defense and Advocacy Clinic where she represented adults charged with misdemeanors in New York City Criminal Court. There she made bail arguments, negotiated with prosecutors and ultimately received a dismissal for her client. While in law school she participated in the Women’s Law Society, International Law Students Association, and the South Asian Law Students Association. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a concentration in International Relations and a minor in Pre-Law from CUNY, York College in 2021, graduating magna cum laude.

Outside of her work, Cassie enjoys traveling, watching Formula 1 Races, playing older videogames like The Sims, and collecting Legos.
