Prior to joining London Fischer LLP. Mr. Martin was Senior Litigation Counsel –Trial Attorney for a major insurance carrier where he specialized in medical malpractice, dental malpractice, and allied healthcare professional defense. Previously, he was a partner at a New York area defense firm where he specialized in trial and defense of medical malpractice (individual physician, multi-specialty group, hospital, and nursing home), architectural malpractice, products liability, labor law and construction site, premises, fraud, libel and breach of contract actions through all phases from pleadings through discovery and trial in State and Federal courts; preparation and argument of appeals; participation in mediations and arbitrations; and preparation of and delivery of presentations to clients.
