Mr. Duffalo represents major U.S., Bermudian and London insurers and reinsurers in complex disputes and transactions, including coverage claims involving bad faith, asbestos, environmental liability, products liability, employment-related practices, and professional errors and omissions.

He has over 25 years of experience in counseling insurers and litigating, arbitrating and mediating coverage disputes. In addition, Mr. Duffalo drafts liability policy forms and endorsements for general liability, professional liability, environmental liability, umbrella, and excess coverages.
