Ms. Travers is a seasoned litigator and currently concentrates her practice in construction defense and insurance coverage. Ms. Travers holds a J.D. from Hofstra University and obtained her B.A in English Literature from Vassar College. During her time at Vassar College, she completed a summer program in intensive medieval studies at Oxford University. While in law school, Claudine participated in the Law Reform and Advocacy Clinic and held legal internships at the New York State Attorney General’s Office and with the Honorable Thomas Adams of Nassau County Supreme.
Prior to joining London Fischer, Ms. Travers was an attorney with other esteemed firms where she provided guidance to health care professionals, physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice actions and defended clients throughout all stages of litigation. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Travers served as an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County where she prosecuted domestic abuse cases, and sex crimes in the Special Victims Bureau.
Ms. Travers’ strategic approach, deep understanding of the law and innovative solutions has helped her navigate high exposure cases and achieve successful outcomes for her clients. She prides herself on providing comprehensive representation and always being available to her clients.
Outside the courtroom, Ms. Travers enjoys spending time with her family and finds pleasure in practicing yoga, playing the piano, and reading.
