Angela diligently represents individual and corporate clients, including property owners, construction management companies, general contractors and specialized contactors. She prides her practice in evaluating each case’s critical issues and factoring in the clients’ needs when determining the best cost-effective resolution strategy for her clients. Angela mitigates exposure of her clients by leading a team of investigators and experts in construction accident scene response and pre-suit investigation through appeal to preserve evidence and secure cooperation of key witnesses in support of the clients’ defenses. Angela also specializes in transferring her clients’ losses to the appropriate entities based on contractual indemnification, additional insured coverage obligations and contribution.
Prior to joining London Fischer LLP, Angela worked in a well-regarded firm specializing in the representation of plaintiffs in complex litigation matters, such as class actions and mass tort actions, before expanding her practice to a boutique insurance defense litigation firm specializing in general, premises and New York Labor Law liability.
Angela is fluent in English and Italian. She is also proficient in Spanish. These language skills enable her to effectively overcome language barriers that arise during the course of discovery.
Angela also enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience within the firm by leading training sessions on preparation of documents for various stages of litigation. Prior to entering the legal profession in New York City, Angela lived and was educated in Italy. Outside of her legal pursuits, Angela dedicates her time to her family, nature, traveling and boating.
