Angela Bongorno and Brian A. Kalman secured the dismissal of plaintiff’s claims against the property owner and property manager in Floresta Chapman v. Gateway I Group, et al., venued in Supreme Court, Bronx County. The trial court dismissed claims arising from an alleged trip-and-fall over wires used by a music band and installed by an audio technician. London Fischer LLP established that its clients neither caused nor created the alleged condition and had no actual or constructive notice of it.
