Tara is a litigation associate in the Construction and Real Estate Owners group and primarily focuses her practice on the defense of owners, general contractors and developers against complex claims arising under the New York Labor Law, as well as premises liability cases and other general liability matters. Tara represents clients throughout all stages of litigation, from initial investigation through resolution.
Prior to joining London Fischer, Tara worked as a general liability associate for a national law firm, where she also represented municipalities in actions brought under the New York Labor Law and in premises liability matters. Earlier in her career, Tara served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, prosecuting hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases from inception through trial. Tara’s prosecutorial background informs a strategic, comprehensive approach to her practice as a litigator.
