Anthony has a proven record of favorable outcomes at the trial and appellate level in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration forums and before regulatory bodies. Prior to joining London Fischer, Anthony was a partner with a national firm, handling professional liability, securities, employment, construction, coverage, and complex commercial matters. He has an extensive history of reported decisions in these areas.

Curtis v. Greenberg, et al., 22-252-CV, 2023 WL 6324324 (2d Cir. Sept. 29, 2023): Secured affirmance of dismissal of a RICO claim by a former client against his attorney arising from a failed 1031 exchange, successfully arguing failure to allege a RICO enterprise, pattern of racketeering, or any predicate act.
Knox v. Ironshore Indem. Inc., 2022 WL 2236951 (2d Cir. June 22, 2022): Won Second Circuit affirmance that a prior acts exclusion barred coverage where the wrongful acts were related and continuous, despite factual distinctions.
AIDS Healthcare Found. v. NYCDOMH, 204 A.D.3d 561 (1st Dep’t 2022): Secured affirmance of dismissal of claims against government contractor in challenge to agency’s denial of federally funded clinic proposals.
Saveene Corp. v. Remo, 21 CIV. 399 (LGS), 2021 WL 4806380 (S.D.N.Y. 2021): Obtained dismissal of multi-million dollar claims against stock transfer agent following failed corporate acquisition, establishing absence of any duty owed to would-be acquirer.
Geoffrey A. Orley Revocable Tr. v. Genovese, 2020 WL 611506 (S.D.N.Y. Feb. 7, 2020): Secured dismissal with prejudice of multi-million dollar securities fraud claims against attorney for alleged Ponzi scheme operator because attorney did not bear ultimate responsibility for pre-investment misrepresentations.
Kivo v. Louis F. Burke PC, 187 A.D.3d 503 (1st Dep’t 2020): Secured affirmance of summary judgment for attorney defendant in legal malpractice case arising from securities arbitration. Thereafter, the attorney defendant’s counterclaims were tried to a directed verdict.
