He is regularly engaged in litigation of automotive disputes and routinely works with insurance clients advising regarding liability and risk transfer. Prior to joining London Fischer LLP, Mr. Smith worked defending class action lawsuits, various law enforcement entities regarding use of force, and defamation. Mr. Smith has also worked as a professional baseball scout for both the Los Angeles Angels and Miami Marlins.
Mr. Smith currently focuses his practice on premises and construction litigation, and all matters of insurance coverage.
