Ryan Turner, a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience, leads London Fischer's Program Management team, which specializes in offering claims and litigation management counsel and services to domestic, London, and Bermuda-based insurers. Ryan's expertise extends beyond this to providing coverage analysis and risk management services for both domestic and international insurance carriers, reinsurers, insureds, risk retention groups, and captive insurers.

In addition to these services, Ryan conducts underwriting and claims audits for insurers, reinsurers, and risk retention groups. He assists clients in the development and implementation of new insurance products, offering valuable insights and guidance. Ryan also is skilled in analyzing and drafting insurance policies and endorsements for his insurer clients, ensuring they have robust and effective coverage.

Ryan goes the extra mile by also conducting risk management and loss prevention seminars and webinars for his clients' insureds to equip them with the knowledge and tools necessary to minimize risks and mitigate losses effectively.

Ryan's exceptional coverage knowledge and attention to claim efficiency were honed during his secondment to a London-based insurance syndicate. This experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of the risk, exposure, and profitability factors that carriers consider when underwriting and reinsuring new and existing programs.

Ryan serves as claims, coverage, and monitoring counsel for a diverse range of insured professionals. These include lawyers, accountants, property/casualty insurance agents, architects & engineers/technical consultants, real estate agents, title agents, escrow agents, debt collectors, home inspectors, and property managers. Additionally, he oversees various insurance programs, including primary and excess D&O liability coverage.

Before joining London Fischer, Ryan held a partner position at a prominent national insurance defense firm. He is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and earned his B.A. in Political Science and Government from Boston College.

Ryan’s leadership skills extend beyond his legal career. He is the founder of Students H.O.P.E. (Helping Other People Eat), an organization that he started in high school with his father and brother in Colorado in 1991 that focuses on raising money to help those that experience food insecurity.   Ryan has continued this effort with his two teenage daughters in New Jersey.
