Mr. Pan began his career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. When New York raised the age of criminal responsibility, Mr. Pan joined the Juvenile Delinquency Practice at the New York City Law Department. Prior to joining London Fischer, Mr. Pan transitioned to civil practice, and worked for a national firm handling nursing negligence, medical malpractice, and general liability matters.
Mr. Pan believes that every strategic decision and step taken in a case is a building block to a successful outcome for his clients. His diligence and attention to detail, along with his open communication with his clients have led to major breakthroughs and excellent results.
In his free time, Mr. Pan volunteers as a judge at mock trial competitions. He also plays squash and chess.
