Christopher Yu is a litigation associate who specializes in commercial and construction disputes. Proficient in all facets of the legal process, he possesses extensive expertise in handling cases from their inception to trial, consistently achieving favorable results for his clients.

Before joining London Fischer, Christopher worked as a litigation associate at other legal defense firms. In this role, he focused on defending professional liability claims made against healthcare and legal professionals. Additionally, he handled general liability claims against businesses and nursing homes, as well as dram shop liability claims against liquor vendors.

Prior to that, he served as a judicial law fellow to the Hon. Michael A. Shipp in the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, and as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Edward C. Wright in the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania.

Christopher earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a B.A. from Emory University. While in law school, he was a Conwell Scholar, was on Dean’s list, and participated in the study abroad program in Tokyo, Japan.

Outside of the courtroom, Christopher enjoys training for and competing in triathlons.
