James Coons is a civil litigator with long experience leading the defense of commercial lawsuits and tort actions, including personal injury, products liability, premises liability, construction defect, construction accident, auto negligence, wrongful death, mass toxic torts, subrogation, as well as consumer fraud and warranty actions. James has also represented corporate plaintiffs in all phases of high stakes commercial matters, including multi-million-dollar contract disputes, construction disputes, commercial tenancy actions, and franchise disputes.
