His background in mechanical engineering has been invaluable in defending claims related to elevators and escalators throughout the State of California over the past twenty years, including cases involving construction defect, product liability, and premises liability.

Mr. Brueggemann also has extensive experience in real estate and business litigation. He has represented real estate brokers/agents, buyers/sellers, escrow companies, loan brokers/agents, and landlords/tenants in complex legal disputes.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Brueggemann's diverse professional background includes previously serving as a certified Major League Baseball Players Association agent. In this role, he represented professional baseball players at various levels, leveraging his legal expertise to negotiate contracts and provide comprehensive representation.

Mr. Brueggemann holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa, where he was also a member of the Delta Chi Fraternity. He earned a J.D. from Whittier Law School and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1996.
