He also has expertise in contracts and transactional law derived from his internships at the Brooklyn Law Incubator & Policy Clinic, Ametek, Inc., the Patrolmen's Benevolent Association of the City of New York, and ArtWorks. During law school, he served as a Civil Procedure teaching assistant as well as a Judicial Extern for U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge Cathy L. Waldor.
Joe earned his J.D. cum laude from Brooklyn Law School and holds a B.S. in Agricultural and Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana. At Brooklyn Law School, he was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society, and received a Certificate with Distinction in Intellectual Property, Media, and Information Law.
