Ms. Choo joined London Fischer in September 2023 after working as an Associate at a Brooklyn law firm. While there, she oversaw and managed a caseload of approximately 100 insurance defense lawsuits in all stages, from pleading to trial, achieving success in various summary judgment motions and dismissals. Prior to that, she was a law clerk in the University of Minnesota’s Health Information Privacy & Compliance Office. Ms. Choo also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Daniel C. Moreno in Hennepin County District Court in Minnesota, where she honed her research, writing, and legal analysis skills while observing the intricacies of the judicial process.
Ms. Choo earned her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2018. While in law school, she held the position of Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, contributing to efforts promoting diversity and inclusion throughout the legal profession.
Ms. Choo received a scholarship to attend the 2018 International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Global Privacy Summit, one of the world’s largest and most prestigious privacy and data security conferences. She earned a B.A. in Sports Management from Hanyang University in Seoul, South Korea, graduating Magna cum Laude in 2015.
Ms. Choo's proficiency in both English and the Korean language set her apart in the legal field, enabling her to effectively communicate and connect with a diverse range of clients.
