Ross Keiser is an Associate Attorney with broad experience in Securities, Commercial, and General Business Litigation. He has handled cases involving contract disputes, shareholder derivative actions, business dissolution, mergers and acquisitions, consumer protection class actions, employment disputes, premise liability, and is well-versed in alternate dispute resolution practices.

Beyond his legal practice, Ross is a prolific writer with a keen interest in financial markets and personal finance news. He closely follows the evolving legal and regulatory landscape within the Commercial, Finance, and Investment sector, with a particular focus on Cryptocurrency and Blockchain technologies. While in law school, he researched and wrote a Note for Pace Law Review on “Blockchain and Its Potential Real-World Applications: Implications on Discovery Procedures.” He also contributed an article titled “Westchester Supreme Court Implements Revised DCM Protocols” to the New York Law Journal.

Ross earned his J.D. magna cum laude from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and holds a B.A. in Voice and Opera from Purchase College, SUNY. During law school, Ross volunteered as a student member of the Pace Investor Rights Clinic, seeking recoveries from financial institutions for investors of lesser means.

He also is a professionally trained opera singer and has served as the Tenor Section Leader and Soloist at Grace Episcopal Church in White Plains, N.Y., since 2009.
