Overview

Jeremy Deitch specializes in insurance coverage with a concentration on Directors and Officers primary and excess liability, lawyers professional liability, employment practices liability, miscellaneous professional liability and fidelity bond/first party coverage.  He is a member of London Fischer’s Program Management team and provides insurance coverage analysis as well as claims and risk management services for insurers based in the United States, London and Bermuda covering an array of product lines, including lawyers professional liability, securities broker/dealers, architects & engineers, mortgage bankers and brokers, and numerous miscellaneous professional classes.  As monitoring and coverage counsel for D&O insurers, Jeremy actively participates in complex, multi-party securities litigations across the United States.  He also engages in coverage and direct defense litigation and has experience reviewing and drafting insurance policies and endorsements.

Areas of Focus

Jeremy regularly represents D&O insurers as coverage and monitoring counsel in connection with in high-exposure claims against directors and officers of public and private companies, nonprofit boards, financial institutions and insurance companies. He also serves as claims and coverage counsel for domestic and foreign insurers in employment practices liability claims in federal and state courts and before regulatory agencies.  Jeremy has significant experience serving as claims and coverage counsel for insurers in connection with lawyers professional liability, miscellaneous professional liability insurance claims involving a variety of insured professionals, as well as representation of professionals in general business disputes in miscellaneous E&O claims.
