Elizabeth L. Musser focuses her practice on insurance coverage and commercial litigation. Ms. Musser’s insurance coverage work includes evaluation of general liability policies, professional liability policies, and policies issued to directors and officers. Ms. Musser takes an assertive and practical approach to disputes with custom arguments that will best serve her clients in different venues. Ms. Musser has litigated coverage and defense cases in federal and state courts in California, and coverage cases in several other states nationwide. She has experience working on matters in arbitration, and she has participated as an effective advocate for both insurer and insured clients in many mediations. She has also worked on appeals in California federal and state courts, including a successful writ petition following a trial court’s denial of a summary judgment motion.
