London Fischer’s three most recent trials have all resulted in defense verdicts. Partner Brian Kalman obtained a defense verdict in a Bronx County products liability/construction case in which plaintiff claimed serious spinal injury. Plaintiff was awarded $5,935,000 against the engineer of record, mechanical contractor and construction manager.
Partner Nick Davila obtained a defense verdict in a traumatic brain injury case in Riverside, California, and Partner Jim Walsh obtained a defense verdict in a New York County labor law matter.
