Spiro K. Bantis participated in the 2017 ARIAS-US Spring Conference in Naples, Florida, and led a break-out session on the topic of “Best Practices and Ethical Issues in Arbitration -Related Litigation – Pre, During, and Post Arbitration.” The session focused on the hot-button legal and ethical issues that companies and their outside counsel face on a regular basis when managing arbitrations.
