The Massachusetts Reinsurance Bar Association's ("MReBA") 6th Annual "Arbitrator Roundtable" took place on Wednesday, March 8, 2017.
The noted arbitrators Susan Claflin and Spiro K. Bantis led a panel discussion that focused on how arbitrators deal with discovery issues (including attorney/client privilege issues) and what arguments they find to be effective at the hearing.
