The Diversity Committee presented a program to law students with tips for interviewing. The focus was on the research to prepare for the interview, accentuating the candidate’s best traits, turning challenges into learning experiences, and the best questions to ask the interviewer. Answers to some mock interview questions were batted around and a free form discussion ensued. This was another important and fun event for all involved as we continue to build strong relationships between the firm and affinity groups from local law schools. We firmly believe that solid preparation and putting your best foot forward, starting with the interview process, is the first step on the road to success.
