Jim Walsh recently obtained summary judgment in favor of Welsbach Electric Corp. (“Welsbach”).
In the face of questions of fact concerning the maintenance of the City-owned traffic signals, London Fischer developed testimony that the parties made informed decisions, without relying on the traffic signals, and therefore Welsbach’s actions were not a proximate cause of the occurrence.
