Ms. Van Wert specializes in representing insurers in intricate and complicated coverage disputes with an emphasis on professional liability, employment practices liability, directors’ and officers’ liability, technology and media liability, and commercial general liability matters.

Having started her legal career in the public interest arena, primarily in the area of children’s rights and advocacy for the homeless, and her coverage practice representing policy holders, Ms. Van Wert's breadth of experience makes her uniquely adept at bringing complicated and bitterly contested matters to resolution.
