James Deaver

Overview

Mr. Deaver’s practice centers on insurance coverage disputes involving a variety of different types of insurance policies and programs, active coverage litigation in complex cases, the assessment of remediation alternatives in certain cases, and the supervision of local counsel and/or resolving cases at mediation on behalf of insurers.  Past coverage work has involved comprehensive general liability policies, Bermuda Form policies, professional liability policies, directors and officers liability policies, property and inland marine policies, and specialty insurance products, such as policies written specifically for wind farms, etc.

Prior to joining London Fischer, James was the national Co-Chair of the Insurance & Reinsurance Practice of an AmLaw 100 law firm.
