Elizabeth Kowell

Overview

Elizabeth has been practicing as litigation and trial attorney, handling complex and high-profile cases since 2013.  Her career first began at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, where she investigated and prosecuted felony and misdemeanor crimes, focusing later in her tenure on interstate firearms and narcotics trafficking networks.  Thereafter, she entered private civil litigation where she handled a robust caseload of sophisticated medical malpractice cases.  Since she began at London & Fischer, Elizabeth continues to manage all aspects of litigation, specializing in labor law and construction defense matters.
