Mr. Guttentag concentrates his practice in construction litigation and insurance coverage claims representing property owners, developers and contractors in personal injury labor law claims and construction defect claims. 

Mr. Guttentag received his undergraduate degree from St. John’s University graduating cum laude.

Mr. Guttentag joined London Fischer LLP after graduating from Hofstra Law School, cum laude. He was a New York State Pro Bono Scholar and worked as a fellow for the Monroe H. Freedman Institute for the Study of Legal Ethics where his work was published in the Conference Report: Judicial Responsibility for Justice in Criminal Courts, December 7, 2017.
