Elizabeth L. Musser is a litigator who focuses on representing insurance companies in complex coverage disputes. She has represented insurers in bad faith litigation, and in disputes regarding the availability of insurance coverage under general liability policies, professional liability policies, directors and officers policies, and errors and omissions policies.
Ms. Musser also defends employer clients in connection with wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, harassment, failure to accommodate, breach of contract, and wage and hour claims. In addition, Ms. Musser has defended clients in professional liability, products liability, and breach of contract suits.
Ms. Musser litigates cases in both state and federal courts and has briefed cases on appeal before the California Courts of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit. In May 2010, she completed a 30-hour Basic Mediation Training program, focusing on collaborative negotiation.
