Daniel Sanchez-Behar is a civil litigator and appellate attorney representing clients in a variety of matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout California.
Mr. Sanchez-Behar focuses his practice on professional liability matters involving attorneys, accountants, insurance agents, real estate brokers and appraisers, with an emphasis on the defense of lawyers and law firms in professional malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and malicious prosecution claims. Mr. Sanchez-Behar also litigates business and employment disputes.
Prior to joining London Fischer LLP in 2019, Mr. Sanchez-Behar was an attorney with the national law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, where he focused his practice on professional liability, as well as business, employment and consumer finance litigation.
