A charity organized after the 9/11 attack to assist the victims and to promote disaster preparedness in New York and around the United States. One of the great annual fundraisers of World Cares is the Iron Skillet Cook Off, which this year took place at the Strata Restaurant in New York City with many of our London Fischer colleagues in attendance.
