COUNTY AND CONTRACTOR GRANTED SUMMARY JUDGMENT ON NOTICE ISSUE OCTOBER 14, 2009
London Fischer LLP recently obtained summary judgment on behalf of its clients Welsbach Electric Corp., L.I. (“WEC LI”) and The County of Nassau (the “County”). The Court agreed that notice to the County 59 minutes prior to the occurrence was insufficient as a matter of law to impose liability on the County or its contractor.
