Madelyn Iulo has over 20 years’ experience as a litigator in both the public and private sector. After spending time in public service as an Assistant District Attorney, Ms. Iulo moved into the private sector where she has been defending various corporations, from equipment manufacturers to global cosmetic companies, in all aspects of toxic tort and products liability matters. Ms. Iulo has served on teams as National Coordinating Counsel for a major cosmetics company as well as a large-scale equipment manufacturer.
Ms. Iulo draws upon her 20 years of experience as a litigator to provide her clients with the most effective strategies in defense of their cases. She has successfully litigated toxic tort, products liability, and general liability cases in all phases of litigation. Ms. Iulo has represented clients before federal and state trial and appellate court including the District Court of New Jersey and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
