Areas of Practice

Mr. Apton is a member of the firm's product liability practice.  He regularly defends manufacturers and distributors in state and federal court against strict product liability actions.  Past representations have involved a wide variety of products ranging from heavy duty construction equipment to individual household consumer goods. 

Mr. Apton also litigates complex commercial matters and insurance coverage disputes arising from construction contracts and general liability insurance policies.
