Education
In 1999, Mr. Capasso graduated from Rutgers University, summa cum laude, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English (with a concentration in, and independent study of, classical literature) and a Certificate of Graduation from the Rutgers Honors College. Mr. Capasso was also elected a member in course to Phi Beta Kappa.
In 2002, Mr. Capasso graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he obtained the Juris Doctor, and was a member of both the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and the Legislative Bureau.
Areas of Practice
Litigation specializing in the area of construction claims, including the representation of companies that perform heavy commercial construction upon subsurface utilities, water/sewer mains, public roads, mass transit systems, bridges, and water treatment plants; fire protection design, installation and maintenance; plumbing and HVAC systems design, installation and maintenance; traffic system and signal design, installation and maintenance. Defense of general liability matters including premises liability. Defense and monitoring of professional liability matters including physicians and hospitals, attorneys, architects, engineers, directors and officers. Trials and Appeals in all courts.
