Mr. Shapiro focuses his practice in insurance defense litigation. He specializes in New York State Labor Law claims, construction defects and related contractual claims, including indemnity, insurance procurement and breach of contract claims, property damage, medical malpractice, mass tort, toxic tort, and product and general liability in State and Federal Court.
