Areas of Practice

Mr. Davila has experience defending corporations against personal injury, construction defect, contractual, and business related claims. Prior to joining London Fischer, Mr. Davila represented plaintiffs and small businesses in personal injury and breach of contract claims. Additionally, Mr. Davila served as General Counsel for an import manufacturer based out of San Diego, California spending extensive time in Asia and Mexico negotiating production contracts and licensing agreements as well as general business transactions.
