Ms. Schlegel concentrates her practice in litigation, specifically in the areas of insurance defense, construction law and commercial law. Ms. Schlegel engages in litigation involving New York Labor Law claims and contractual claims, including indemnity, insurance procurement, breach of contract and insurance coverage. She has represented insurers, general contractors and subcontractors.
