Areas of Practice

Ms. Kost’s practice includes various areas of litigation, including labor law, mass tort, toxic tort, environmental, property damage, and insurance coverage. She represents building owners, construction companies, and taxi/limousine corporations and develops and manages case strategy in both state and federal courts.

Ms. Kost received her degree from Lehigh University with a double major in Journalism and French and studied at the American University of Paris in 2001. She received her JD from New York Law School in 2005.
